Sago pearls in fruit shakes and other artificially flavored shakes have been a craze here in the Philippines. But the idea started with traditional sweetened Sago pearls. *wink*

I really thought that Sago is a Filipino term and Tapioca is its English term. It's just recently that the two came from different starch. *big grin*



Served during Gohan's birthday last October 21... Sweetened Sago pearls served with evaporated milk... The guests love this dessert.
