Minindal as I remember, is how my late grandmother call our merienda. Just this afternoon this is what I had for my minindal...



I love the coco jam from Pan de Manila... it's not too sweet and not too oily, just right... *yummy*
...and not to forget my cup of coffee! A perfect minindal! *big smile*
